I am a specialized Rotary Applications Engineer at Preco LLC, focusing on die cutting equipment development, especially the Rotary Converting Platform. My versatile role involves providing crucial technical support, designing both standard and custom rotary machinery, creating detailed 2D/3D diagrams, and optimizing machinery performance. I excel in analyzing customer engineering specifications and offering innovative solutions while maintaining thorough documentation. I collaborate closely with the mechanical engineering team to draft machine drawings. Holding a Master's in Mechanical Engineering and expertise in additive manufacturing, I bring skills in solid modeling and product design. My research-driven mindset, self-motivation, leadership, and hands-on machining experience in milling, lathes, drilling, and welding operations make me a valuable asset at Preco LLC, adept at solving diverse engineering challenges.

HEX-EV
- An electric vehicle designed for experimental purpose of various systems regarding electric and autonomous vehicles.
- I spearheaded the electric go-kart project, overseeing it from its initial design phase through to its successful completion, including the design of significant components.
- This project was exhibited in the Himalaya Exhibition 2018 (one of the most prestigious engineering exhibition in Nepal).
Compressed Air Bike
- This project entails the conversion of a conventional two-stroke internal combustion engine into a compressed air-powered propulsion system. Compressed air serves as the primary energy source in this endeavor.
- The core objective of this project revolves around demonstrating the viability of compressed air as an environmentally friendly alternative to traditional fossil fuels.
- My primary responsibilities encompassed the design, analytical assessment, and electrical integration aspects of the project.

Machine Drawing Learning Kit I
- A kit to help engineering students in learning assembly and detailed drawings for machine drawing for manufacturing.
- As a mechanical designer I designed the kit from scratch. The idea struck to me when I was teaching engineering drawing to undergraduate students. The project was a success in the market also.

Machine Drawing Learning kit II
- This version of Machine Drawing Learning Kit is designed to teach multi-view orthographic projections, Surface Development and Section views.
- This whole design consisting of 68 parts was designed in solidworks. I designed the internal objects and the box holding those objects.

4D-Printing
- This project focuses on applying different manufacturing strategies for 4D shape morphing structures.
- This is my current project under the supervision of Dr. Xinyi Xiao.
4-Axis Robot Arm
- Robot arm for pick and place applications.
- I did this project for fun. This boosted my knowledge in electronics, kinematics of mechanisms and programming.
- Building a 4-axis robot arm was a comprehensive learning experience that provided me with skills applicable to robotics, automation, and mechanical design. It deepened my understanding of complex systems and developed problem-solving abilities.
Line Follower
- A robot that can be used as a line follower and also can detects and avoids obstacles with its ultrasonic sensors.
- This is another fun project with arduino, this project increased my knowledge of programming and sensor integration.
- This project enhanced my knowledge in control algorithms and problem solving skills.

- Review customer engineering drawings and specifications, provide analysis and tolerance acceptance, create 2D and 3D concept diagrams, organize/maintain documentation history.

- Drafting and machine drawing completion while working with mechanical engineering team.
